Video Production

University of Delaware Student Multimedia Design Center Video Advertisement: Blue Yeti Microphone

Starting in March 2016, I worked as a Student Assistant at the University of Delaware Library’s Multimedia Design Center. As an Assistant, part of my job was to create content advertising items and services the Center offered to students and library patrons. During the Fall 2016 Semester, I filmed and edited in Adobe Premiere this short advertisement focused on the features and uses of the Blue Yeti USB Microphone students could borrow from the Center.

As I continued my work at the Student Multimedia Design Center, I was required to make another video advertisement for the Spring 2017 semester. This time, I focused primarily on the three different video editing programs students could use in the center: Adobe Premiere Pro (which I used to edit the video), iMovie, and Final Cut Pro. I also briefly showed why using said software was invaluable in video production.

Why You Should Play Devil May Cry

A personal project I made as a way to help me keep my video editing skills sharpened and my hype for Devil May Cry 5 in check. This ended up being one of my larger projects due to the amount of footage I needed across four games as well as the fact that this was the first project in a while that required me to work with multiple audio tracks at once, as well as dynamically balance said tracks.

Whole Foods Independent Cup Video

During my time at Whole Foods Market, I received an email from one of my store’s leaders asking if a team member could volunteer video editor. The project was for an internal competition where different stores showcased their product displays. I was tasked with filming the scenes wanted by leadership and then later editing the footage into a four minute video within a two day timeframe.
